Life Coaching
Using a variety of wonderful Life coaching techniques including NLP and Hypnotherapy I will assist you in achieving your goals in a friendly and constructive manner.
This may include me challenging your assumptions, giving you homework between sessions but these are all geared to getting to the root of the matter and helping you to create constructive solutions for your issues.
Counselling
I use my active listening and advanced rapport techniques to ensure that you feel heard and understood.
I then use various techniques with you to explore your world and work with you to get the very best out of what you have.
Hypnotherapy
You will feel comfortable and relaxed in a secure 1 to 1 session environment; where I will tailor hypnotherapy scripts specifically to fit your needs.
In each session we will explore your needs in a constructive way which will empower you to make informed choices to manifest the life that you want.

You will receive a free recording for you to relay to bolster and assist your commitment to your new life unfolding.

Typically you will need 6 sessions
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming)
Deals with the type or modality of language that people use when we speak, write and this links in to how we think.
Once we find out our particular or preferred modality we can access and utilise our unconscious and conscious skills to assist us in achieving the life we want quicker.

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese system of healing that utilises and focuses universal energy (Chi, Prana) to work with, enhance and balance person’s energies for relaxation and to support a person’s healing process.
Reiki energy can also be used to cleanse and purify crystals, working and living environments.
Reiki can also be used effectively in distant or absent healing treatments. Reiki also works well on animals and pets.
